18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on porn.pics were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depictions were created.

porn.pics is not a producer

porn.pics is not a primary or secondary producer, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any of the visual content it displays. porn.pics does not create, commission or upload the photographs: it indexes, organises and describes photo galleries published by third-party studios and producers. Our activities with respect to these images are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting of material produced by others, which are exempt under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4).

Where the records are kept

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for each depiction are kept by its producer. Each gallery on porn.pics is linked to the channel it comes from; the producer’s compliance statement and custodian of records are published on the producer’s official website.

Reporting a concern

porn.pics has zero tolerance for any content involving minors or non-consenting persons. If you believe any image on porn.pics may depict a person under 18, please report it immediately: such reports are reviewed first and the content is taken offline while we investigate.
